Property managers are dealing with an expanding set of operational responsibilities, from verifying insurance coverage to tracking vendor compliance and managing contractual obligations. As these tasks become more interconnected, technology providers are developing systems designed to bring risk management processes together.
Get Covered CEO Brandon Tobman will attend OPTECH 2026, the rental housing technology conference scheduled for November 16–18 in Las Vegas, as industry leaders examine how software, artificial intelligence and automation can improve property operations.
Get Covered develops insurance technology for property managers, landlords, insurance carriers, agencies and membership associations. Its platform is designed to simplify policy administration, insurance compliance and customer experience across the property insurance sector.
The company has also expanded beyond insurance workflows. In June 2026, Get Covered acquired Revyse, an AI-powered vendor intelligence and compliance platform, adding capabilities for vendor documentation and contract management.
Connecting insurance and vendor compliance
Insurance verification and vendor management often involve separate systems, documents and processes. For property operators overseeing large portfolios, coordinating these activities can create administrative work and make it harder to maintain consistent compliance records.
The Revyse acquisition extends Get Covered’s capabilities into vendor-related processes, connecting insurance administration with areas such as documentation, contractual obligations and spend intelligence.
This reflects a broader shift in property technology toward platforms that address multiple operational requirements rather than isolated tasks. For property managers, the challenge is not simply adopting new software, but ensuring that systems exchange reliable information and fit existing workflows.
OPTECH, hosted by the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC), brings together rental housing operators, technology providers and industry leaders to discuss developments in AI, automation, cybersecurity, data management and resident experience.
Get Covered’s participation comes as these discussions increasingly intersect with the practical challenges of managing insurance and vendor risks across rental housing portfolios.
