Prezent Vivo has appointed Alice Choi as Chief Operating Officer as the company expands its AI powered communication platform for life sciences organizations.
The appointment comes as the company develops its Neo Agency, which combines AI, scientific expertise and human expertise to support medical communications for the industry.
Choi brings experience across medical communications, biopharma and agency relationships, as well as previous COO experience focused on connecting strategy, people, processes and technology.
Scaling specialized AI
The company is expanding its delivery across AI software, expert services and flexible consumption models, with Choi expected to help strengthen its operational capabilities.
“AI is changing how life sciences organizations work, but specialized communications still require scientific context and human judgment,” the company said in announcing the appointment.
At Prezent Vivo, the strategy is to combine those capabilities rather than rely on AI independently.

Choi previously built her career across McCann Health and the Omnicom network after beginning in academia, where she earned a master’s degree and PhD.
Her appointment gives Prezent Vivo an executive with experience spanning scientific communications, commercial operations and organizational growth as the company works to scale its AI powered offering.
